Thesis title: Children’s Everyday Content Creation Practices on Social Media and Educating for Active Digital Citizenship in the Upper Years of a NSW Primary School: A Case Study

Supervisors: Nigel Bagnall, Murray Print

Thesis abstract:

A multiple, qualitative case study approach will be utilised in this study to explore how upper primary children participate on social media in Australia. A secondary focus will also be placed on examining how the rights and responsibilities associated with social media participation can be explicitly taught in the upper primary years.
