Entry requirements

  • An undergraduate or postgraduate firm offer from an Australian university.
  • A minimum IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent.

What will I learn?

  • Deepen your understanding of the University of Sydney graduate qualities: disciplinary expertise, critical thinking and problem solving, communication (oral and written), information and digital literacy, inventiveness, cultural competence, interdisciplinary effectiveness, identity, and influence.
  • Learn through an integrated series of lectures, tutorials and practical skills workshops.
  • Prepare a research paper and present at an ASAS conference.
  • Receive targeted feedback from university-qualified teachers.
  • Benefit from a follow-up consultation with your teacher after program completion.

The course fee for the ASAS program is $1,950, plus $300 for administration fee and $125 for materials.

Credit card surcharges

Course payments made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) will incur a surcharge of 1.53% of the total cost.

Overseas Health Cover (OSHC)

If you are intending to study under a student visa, you will need Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC). CET can arrange OSHC for you with Allianz as part of the application process. Simply indicate the type of insurance required (single/dual/family) on step 2 of the application form. You may also arrange your own cover from any of the government approved providers below:
