Research Interests

John Cannon completed his M.Sc. in Optical Physics in 1994 and has since worked in speech compression, speech recognition and the computer games industry.

His background in Physics and Mathematics and his passion for software development make programming scientific applications his primary interest.

John is currently working as a software developer and programmer for the GPlates project.
