To become a legal practitioner in New South Wales it is necessary to satisfy the requirements of the LPAB.

The normal study path for entry to the legal profession begins with undertaking either the LPAB examinations, or a law degree from an accredited law school. Then, in order to be eligible for admission to practice, it is necessary to complete an accredited program of practical legal training (PLT).

For more information on admission as a legal practitioner, please see the LPAB website.
