Miss Corina Raduescu

Corinais a Senior Lecturer in Business Information Systems and the Acting Program Director Master of Commerce at the University of Sydney Business School. Her educational innovation focuses on developing scalable co-designed interdisciplinary curriculum to foster students' problem solving skills using complex, authentic learning scenarios. Corina has been instrumental in leading two strategic curriculum transformation initiatives with industry engagement - the development and implementation of Business School Capstone Units, and Industry and Community Project Units (ICPUs). These offerings aim to provide university graduates with key skills required to thrive and lead in the 21st century. Her research interests are in the field of interdisciplinary education, contemporary educational models, online assessment, and complex large-scale systems. Corina has been successful in attracting funding for multiple educational research grants and projects. For her contributions and impact, in 2022 she has been awarded the AAUT Citation for Outstanding Contributions to Student Learning.She received the Wayne Lonergan Award for Outstanding Teaching in 2021 and the Vice Chancellor Award for Outstanding Educational Engagement and Innovation in 2019, in addition to multiple Dean’s Citations for Teaching.
