Our MBA Career Services are underpinned by a personal career management plan tailored specifically to you. We work with you to help you realise your leadership potential through all stages of your career development, starting with self-assessment (including CareerLeader and Gallup CliftonStrengths), developing your personal brand to customised job-search strategies, interview techniques and advice on job offer negotiations.

The MBA Careers Coaching Panel aims to provide premier personal and professional development, offering reliable and quality coaching services every time. 
 
We have partnered with the experienced coaches on our panel to provide reputable, expert services for career development and progression, career strategy, leadership development, personal branding, executive presence and more.

Throughout the year, the MBA student and alumni community are invited to a range of careers & industry networking events, including but not limited to: 

-  Annual Careers month, including company presentations, industry panel discussions, masterclasses and other events

-  Consulting Series, focusing on preparing MBA talents in transitioning to Management Consultant career pathways

The University of Sydney Business School's MBA Dimensions Program, launched in 2023, is designed to engage and inspire the entire MBA community, including current students and alumni.

The program offers a diverse range of events and valuable networking opportunities. These events include experiential workshops, fireside chats, and keynote presentations featuring industry leaders from across the University of Sydney’s ecosystem.

Notable speakers have included NSW Commissioner Karen Webb, Tesla Chairwoman Robyn Denholm, and former Google Managing Director John Ball. Event themes have explored compelling topics such as Data and the Power of Collaboration, Toxic High Performers, Nice Under Performers, and Your Delusions, Amplifying Shared Value, Truth and Lies: Making Sense of Chaos, and Unlocking the Best of Your Culture.

We deliver life-long learning to our EMBA & MBA Alumni in the form of professional development workshops, masterclasses, international study trips, speaker and panel events including MBA Dimensions Program, intimate speaker dinners and other networking opportunities.
