Generating therapeutic solutions for the most difficult-to-treat diseases with globally underserved clinical needs

We are a cross-disciplinary centre that utilises the latest scientific and collaborative methodologies to create new drugs. Translational potential underscores everything we do; real-world health impact is our compass.

We champion researchers from all career levels in development initiatives, elevating their expertise to excel in their fields. The DDI suite of facilities sprawls throughout the University campus and beyond. Our researchers use the latest drug discovery technologies including 3D cellular models, AI platforms, and computer-aided drug-design, bolstering first-in-class projects.

Our network

With a member base of over 400 researchers, clinicians, industry and government representatives, we are committed to revolutionising drug discovery.

Through funding initiatives, translational opportunities, workshops and symposia we are poised to bridge the stages of drug development from basic disease research to pre-clinical studies to commercialisation.
