Commercial, Corporate and Tax
The law and governance of commerce, corporations and finance
Sydney Law School researchers are globally recognised for advancing policy and shaping regulatory frameworks across a wide range of commercial, corporate and tax problems.
Our research extends across domestic and cross-border transactions and disputes, including banking and finance, business law, commercial arbitration, competition, contracts, corporate governance, government contracting, insolvency, labour law, torts, and taxation.
We engage with professional and business communities, government institutions and international organisations to develop law and policy at the public-private intersection. This includes emerging questions and innovative practices, such as the impact and use of digitalisation.
