Chunsu at graduation
There were two initial reasons for selecting the Master of Medical Physics at the University of Sydney, one was my love for the program which could satisfy my pursuit of physics and help people.
Secondly, which was my love for the school. The University of Sydney was my favourite among the many colleges and universities I enquired about.
The choice of this major was motivated by my love of physics and medicine, and this major would satisfy my thirst to study both.
I am currently working as a Senior Clinical Marketing Specialist for a manufacturer of medical devices, United-Imaging. My position focuses on exploring and advancing the application of new technologies in radiotherapy and exploring new technologies with hospitals.
The main part of my role is to promote the application of new technologies developed in the clinic.
This ensures that patients receiving radiotherapy are treated with the latest technology, ultimately leading to better treatment results.
The Master of Medical Physics has fostered my contemplation of research and my development of a deeper understanding of equipment and techniques. This has provided me with better insight into radiotherapy's direction and technological advances.
The program's expertise has improved my understanding of technology development. Radiotherapy technologies are becoming increasingly more precise, and this course has equipped me to understand the technical details and effectively apply them to my work.
