I am available to provide research supervision in projects that align with my areas of research interest:
- More-than human design and designers
- Appearance-based agency of visual, material and digital things
- HCI with a focus on relationships between humans and their digital things
- Feminist New Materialism in the design context
- Design pedagogy
Research projects I'm interested in supervising include:
-
Application of Feminist New Materialism
Applying concepts from Feminist New Materialism to a design context (nano, micro, meso, macro) as a speculation and provocation for expanding education, research and practice in the field. -
AI generated images
Exploring the agency of AI generated images by investigating how these visual, digital things make meaning and exert influence. -
Research though Design
Following a responsible design thinking process, prototype a speculative solution for a burning design education, social design or visual communication issue
