Dr Malshika Dias

Malshika Dias is a Lecturer in the Discipline of Business Information Systems. She received her PhD in Information Systems from the University of New South Wales. Malshika holds a MPhil in Information Systems and a BS in Information and Communication Technology from the University of Colombo.

Her research focuses on digital transformation and artificial intelligence, examining how these technologies impact business strategy and organizations. She employs qualitative interpretive methods, particularly case studies and archival analysis, and approaches her work from an organizational history perspective. Malshika's research has been published in prominent information systems journals and presented at major conferences, including in the Journal of Strategic Information Systems and at the International Conference on Information Systems.
