Dr Rongrong Zhang

Dr. Rongrong Zhang earned B.A. and M.A. from Renmin University of China. In 2021, she completed her Ph.D. in Strategic Management and Organization from Alberta School of Business in Canada. Prior to joining The University of Sydney, she worked as an assistant professor at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen from 2021 to 2024.

My research broadly addresses social evaluations of organizations (e.g., legitimacy, reputation, and stigma), and how social evaluations interact with emotions to effectuate social change.
