Taking part in this study involves completing an anonymous 10 minute online survey, which includes an option to enter a raffle for a chance to win one of five gift cards.

You can also volunteer through our survey to participate in an online or in-person interview (approximately 30 minutes). The interview is a completely voluntary option and you can withdraw your participation and responses at any time.
