Thesis abstract:

Speech pathologists in private practice, have in recent times been required to evolve and adapt due to major societal chnages as a result of COVID-19 restrictions. The impact on these business owners, their staff and clients and the way they deliver services is largely unknown. Our study will aim to capture these changes through two short interviews (current and 12 months ahead). Thematic analysis of interviews will be presented and discussion provided on the implications for future private speech pathology practice.
