Dr Cicilia Muller

Cicilia Muller graduated from The University of Pretoria in South Africa in 2009 with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science. She started her career working in emergency veterinary and animal welfare clinics in the city of Cape Town.

In 2013 she moved to the Middle East and worked at the very first small animal veterinary clinic in Qatar and the first ISFM gold standard cat friendly clinic in Abu Dhabi. During 2018 she obtained her membership in Feline Medicine and was admitted to the Feline Medicine Chapter in the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists. Cicilia relocated to Sydney in 2019 and soon after joined the UVTHS Primary Care team.

Cicilia Muller has an interest in feline medicine, feline behaviour, animal welfare, and veterinary education. Her work focuses on improving cat-friendly practices in clinical settings, enhancing feline welfare, and reducing stress in hospitalized cats. In veterinary education, Cicilia Muller is committed to developing case-based learning approaches that prepare students for practical challenges, including clinical decision-making and financial management.
