A/Prof Angela Chou is a surgical pathologist at the Royal North Shore Hospital. She is also a translational researcher at the Kolling Institute with the Cancer Diagnosis and Pathology Group. She is actively involved in all aspects of research in all gastrointestinal cancers and endocrine tumours. She also has a special interest in renal tranplant pathology and collaborates with the RNSH renal transplant team on using molecular diagnostics to improve clinical outcome.

Research interests

Translational cancer research, cancer biomarker discovery, cancer genomics, cancer pathology. Renal pathology, renal tranplant, acute transplant rejection. Molecular diagnostics.
