Professor Carolyn Day

Carolyn completed her PhD at the National Drug and Alcohol Research Centre and was awarded an NHMRC post-doctorate fellowship which she undertook at the National Centre in HIV Epidemiology and Clinical Research (now the Kirby Institute) before moving to Sydney Medical School. Carolyn coordinated Addiction Medicine education for the Sydney Medical School from 2007 to 2019. She was a Faculty of Medicine and Health Research Education Academic Director before commencing as the Associate Dean (Research Education) in 2023.
