Dr Mairwen Jones
Dr Mairwen Jones has been employed at The University of Sydney since 1993 and served as Acting Head of School, Deputy Head of School, Behavioural and Community Health Sciences and Sub Dean (Graduate Coursework and Students). She is a psychologist experienced in the nature, assessment, origin and treatment of anxiety and Head of the University of Sydney Anxiety Disorders Clinic. She completed a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology in 1992 and was awarded the Australian Psychological Society Prize and The Dick Thompson Prize for 1st placed Student in Psychology Honours and an Australian Postgraduate Research Award. She completed a PhD at The University of Sydney in 1998.
Mairwen is a member of the Mental Health research team.
