Narcyz Ghinea is a leading researcher investigating how institutional drivers influence patient access to medications and other health services. His work focuses on overcoming the legal, policy, and political barriers that impede access to health technologies and generate systemic inequities.
Areas of research focus include therapeutic goods regulation, health technology assessment, medical negligence law, professional duties, medical epistemology, and commercial determinants of health.
