Monica Liu is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and lecturer in the Discipline of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Sydney. Monica has a strong interest in exploring consumers’ perspectives on public health challenges within the current food environment. Her PhD work focused on novel dietary assessment methods and potential public health strategies to facilitate better portion control of discretionary foods.
Monica has a strong interest in public health nutrition research, such as portion sizes, food consumption patterns, and the influence of food environment on consumers' perceptions and dietary behaviours.
