Current students/staff

If you are a current student or staff member who has submitted an application, you will need to use your UniKey to log in and view your application.

The application process depends on whether you're an international or domestic student, and the level of study that you're applying for.

The How to apply pages provide an overview of what you need to apply.

If you have started several application and registered as a new user each time, you will have several application IDs.

Don't worry - when you submit your applications, they will be merged into a single student ID.

On page 1 of the application form ('Your personal information'), it asks if you are a current applicant of the University of Sydney. Please select 'yes', and include your other application ID(s).

While it's ok to have more than one application ID (12-characters, starting with IPU), you should only have one student ID (9 characters).  If you have more than one student ID, please submit an online enquiry and let us know so that we can merge them.

International applicants who apply to study onshore need to pay an application processing fee of A$150. This must be paid before your application can be submitted.

If you have a question about the application form, please check our How to apply pages.

If you can't find the information you need, please submit an online enquiry and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
