You will learn the strategies by which medical science theory is translated into tangible health outcomes.
An honours year in medical research is designed for students from undergraduate courses other than Medicine. During this time you will conduct a research project and write a thesis under the supervision of a member of the academic staff of Sydney Medical School. You will also undertake relevant coursework units.
Unit of study requirements for Honours in the area of Applied Medical Science: completion of 36 credit points of project work and 12 credit points of coursework.
