  • Applying for an undergraduate degree through the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC) portal.
  • Residing, at the time of UAC application, in an area in the lowest 25 percent of the Australian Bureau of Statistics’ Socio Economic Index for Areas (SEIFA) Index of Education and Occupation (IEO).
