Associate Professor Yeun Sim Sarah Jeong

Adjunct Associate Professor Dr Sarah Jeong is a Registered Nurse and a Gerontological Nurse Specialist. She currently holds a position in the Centre for Population Health (CPH), NSW Health, and works closely with Local Health Districts (LHDs) to manage and support the local delivery of agreed policies, programs and health services across the State. She also works closely with researchers and academics at various Universities and Research Institutes to coordinate, contribute to, and provide advice on the research and evaluation aspects of health promotion, chronic disease prevention programs and initiatives managed by the NSW CPH. She also holds an Honorary Conjoint Scholar position in the Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD).
